My name is Lyndsay and I live with my husband Tony and our two dogs Shlubby and Ollie in a small city about 2 hours from the Canadian Rockies.
In short – I’m a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a puppy mommy, a chaotic creative, a cooker, a caker, a lover of coffee, chocolate and Tony, a world traveler, a movie addict, a Martha Stewart in the making, and a lover of all things pink.
I recently decided to make some healthy changes in my life and am in the midst of trying to balance my love for all things food with healthy living.
